Terms of Service.

These terms describe the general rules for using DNS Protector services, accounts, infrastructure and security features.

1. Service use

By using DNS Protector, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other customers, networks or infrastructure. You are responsible for the domains and content you connect to the platform.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for actions performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to facilitate malicious activity, distribute malware, attack third-party infrastructure, conduct unauthorized scanning, operate abusive automation or otherwise violate applicable law.

4. DNS and origin configuration

You are responsible for ensuring that DNS records, nameserver changes and origin configuration are correct.

5. Security features

DDoS mitigation, traffic filtering, WAF-style controls, rate limiting and challenge features are designed to reduce risk; no security service can guarantee that every attack will be blocked.

6. Availability

We aim to provide reliable infrastructure, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream network events, configuration errors or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
